Household registration statistics data analysis in December 2018

  1. According to the household registration data, there were 8,734,477 households at the end of December 2018. Compared with the same month last year, there increased 85,477 households with an increase rate of 0.99% .
  2. By the end of December 2018, the total population was 23,588,932 withan increase of 17,705 compared with the same month last year. The population growth rate was 0.08% which meant that the average daily increase was 49.
  3. By the end of December 2018, the male population was 11,712,913 and female population was 11,876,019 . The sex ratio was 98.63 with male to female.
  4. There were 15,149 babies born in December 2018 which decreased 8.55% compared with th e same month last year. The average showed that a baby was born about every 2.9minutes. The annual crude birth rate was 7.56‰.
  5. There were 12,949 deaths in December 2018 which decreased 6.42% compared with the same month last year. The average showed that there was about one death at every 3.4 minutes. The annual crude death rate was 6.46‰.
  6. The couples of marriage were 15,345 in December 2018 which decreased 4.19% compared with the same month last year. The annual crude marriage rate was 7.66‰.

  8. There were 88,894 in-migrants in December 2018 which increased 20.19% compared with the same month last year. In the same time were 87,027 out-migrants which increased 20.35% compared with the same month last year.
  9. At the end of December 2018, the indigenous peop le was 565,561 with an increase of 6,135 compared with the same month last year(2.40% of the total population).
  10. At the end of December 2018, the population aged 0 to 14 was 3,048,227 (12.92 % of the total population). The population aged 15 to 64 was 17,107,188 (72.52%). The population aged over 65 was 3,433,517 (14.56%). In addition, the population aged over 20 was 19,222,440 (81.49%).
