Household registration statistics data analysis in August 2019

  1. According to the household registration data, there were8,802,401 hous eholds at the end of August 2019. Compared with the same month last year, thereincreased 94,184households with an increase rate of 1.08%.
  2. By the end of August 2019, the total population was 23,593,794 with an increase of 16,523 com pared with the same month last year. The population growth rate was 0.07% whichmeant that the average daily increase was 45.
  3. By the end of August 2019, the male population was 11,705,234 and female population was 11,888,560 . The sex ratio was 98.46 with male to female.
  4. There were 14,330 babies born in August 2019 which decreased 5.41% compared with the same month last year. The average showed that a baby was born about every 3.1 minutes. The annual crude birth rate was 7.15‰.
  5. There were 13,983 deaths in August 2019 which increased 1.26% compared with the same month last year. The average showed that there was about one death at every 3.2 minutes. The annual crude death rate was 6.98‰.
  6. The couples of marriage were 5,121 in August 2019. Including 4,918 couples of different genders and 203 couples of the same gender. The annual crude marriage rate was 2.56‰.
  7. The couples of divorce were 4,665 in August2019 Including 4,646 couples of different genders and 19 couples of the same gender. The annual crude divorce rate was 2.33‰.
  8. There were 92,486 in-migrants in August 2019 which decreased 2.62% compared with the same month last year. In the same time were 91,637 out-migrants which increased 1.20% compared with the same month last year.
  9. At the end of August 2019, the indigenous people was 569,677 with an increase of 6,028 compared with the same month last year (2.41% of the total population).
  10. At the end of August 2019, the population aged 0 to 14 was 3,025,407 (12.82 % of the total population). The population aged 15 to 64 was 17,031,073 (72.18%). The population aged over 65 was 3,537,314 (14.99%). In addition, the population aged over 20 was 19,296,304 (81.79%).
