Household registration statistics data analysis in February 2020

  1. According to the household registration data, there were8,841,182 households at the end of February 2020. Compared with the same month last year, there increased 94,502 households with an increase rate of 1.08%.
  2. By the end of February 2020, the total population was 23,600,903 with an increase of 10,899 compared with the same month last year. The population growth rate was 0.05% which meant that the average daily increase was 30.

  4. There were 13,536 babies born in February 2020 which increase 8.31% compared with the same month last year. The average showed that a baby was born about every 3.1 minutes. The annual crude birth rate was 7.24‰.
  5. There were 16,211 deaths in February 2020 which increase 21.41% compared with the same month last year. The average showed that there was about one death at every 2.6 minutes. The annual crude death rate was 8.67‰.
  6. The couples of marriage were 11,092 in February 2020. In cluding 10,833 couples of different genders and 259 couples of the same gender. The annual crude marriage rate was 5.93‰.
  7. The couples of divorce were4,234 in February 2020 Including 4,210 couples of different genders and 24 coupl es of the same gender. The annual crude divorce rate was 2.26‰.
  8. Therewere 82,908 in-migrants in February 2020 which increase 20.93% compared with the same month last year. In the same time were 83,595 out-migrants which decreased 22.14% compared with the same month last year.
  9. At the end of February 2020, the indigenous people was 572,224 with an increase of 5,659 compared with the same month last year (2.42% of the total population).
  10. At the end of February 2020, the population aged 0 to 14 was 3,002,940 (12.72 % of the total po pulation). The population aged 15 to 64 was 16,953,450 (71.83%). The populationaged over 65 was 3,644,513 (15.44%). In addition, the population aged over 20 was 19,357,797 (82.02%).
