Household registration statistics data analysis in August 2018

  1. According to the household registration data, there were 8,708,217 households at the end of August 2018. Compared with the same month last year, there increased 85,671 households with an increase rate of 0.99%.
  2. By the end of August 2018, the total population was 23,577,271 with an i ncrease of 21,102 compared with the same month last year. The population growthrate was 0.09% which meant that the average daily increase was 58.
  3. By the end of August 2018, the male population was 11,712,364 and female population w as 11,864,907 . The sex ratio was 98.71 with male to female.
  4. There were15,150 babies born in August 2018 which decreased 9.49% compared with the same month last year. The average showed that a baby was born about every 2.9 minutes. The annual crude birth rate was 7.57‰.
  5. There were 14,162 deaths in August 2018 which decreased 9.10% compared with the same month last year. The average showed that there was about one death at every 3.2 minutes. The annual crude death rate was 7.07‰.
  6. The couples of marriage were 8,282 in August 2018 which increased 2.45% compared with the same month last year. The annual crude marriage rate was 4.14‰.

  8. There were 90,128 in-migrants in August 2018 which decreased 7.82% compared with the same month last year. In the same time were 90,550 out-migrants which decreased 7.20% compared with the same month last year.
  9. At the end of August 2018, the indigenous people was 563,649 with an increase of 6,294 compared with the same month last year (2.39% of the total population).
  10. At the end of August 2018, the population aged 0 to 14 was 3,064,692 (13.00 % of the total population). The population aged 15 to 64 was 17,145,539 (72.72%). The population aged over 65 was 3,367,040 (14.28%). In addition, the population aged over 20 was 19,183,888 (81.37%).
